EASTER ACTIVITIES

We had a lot of fun before the Easter holidays and raised a lot of much needed funds for our school and local charities.

Name the Bunny – The winning name was which Floyd which was chosen by Lily in Reception.  Well done!

Easter Bonnet Parade – The bonnets and hats entered into the competition were amazing and the parade was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who entered.

Easter Egg Competition – A lot of imagination went into the design of the eggs in the competition, it was incredibly hard to choose the winners.

The Easter Story – The funds raised from ticket sales was £165.00 and was donated to CAFOD and Mission Together.

We raised an amazing £459.26 for school funds during our Easter activities. This money helps us to buy much needed resources for school and subsidise school trips. Thank you all very much for your support.

MOBILE PHONES

Although we do not encourage children to bring mobile phones into school, we realise that older children may require to have their phones with them while walking to and from school alone. If you feel it is necessary for your child to bring their phone into school, please remember that they are not permitted in class and should be handed into the office for safe keeping. They can then be collected at 3.15.

SAT’S

The Year Six children will be taking their SAT’s exams during week beginning 11th May. Please ensure your children are in school on time, have had good night’s sleep, and if they are not attending the SAT’s breakfast club have eaten breakfast.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

The Year Three children will be making their First Holy Communion on Saturday 16th May. We hope they all have a fantastic day.
